Ginty will be tripping out the studios of HGRNJ again. This time with his
latest project, The John Ginty Hip Hop Trio. John and the gang will join Bryan
Delp & Zack Ramsey on Sunday night August 24th on “Shut Up
& Play Guitar” for a live in-studio party!!!
John
launched his latest project, The Hip-Hop Trio, on July 12th at the Black
Potatoe Festival in Clinton, N.J. Featuring multi instrumentalist and vocalist
KIM WILLIAMS, and longtime Ginty collaborator MIKE BUCKMAN, the
trio uses hip hop loops and samples all created in the studio as the
foundation for improvisation. Instruments played during the show are piano,
flute, guitar, melodica, violin, vibraphone, synths, and of course, John on
Hammond B3 organ.
So
come on by for this FREE show. Doors open at 6pm, show time is 7pm.
Please bring something for the cooler or table.
