THE JOHN GINTY HIP HOP TRIO

Live on Shut Up and Play Guitar

Sunday, August 24

John Ginty will be tripping out the studios of HGRNJ again. This time with his latest project, The John Ginty Hip Hop Trio. John and the gang will join Bryan Delp & Zack Ramsey on Sunday night August 24th on “Shut Up & Play Guitar” for a live in-studio party!!!

John launched his latest project, The Hip-Hop Trio, on July 12th at the Black Potatoe Festival in Clinton, N.J. Featuring multi instrumentalist and vocalist KIM WILLIAMS, and longtime Ginty collaborator MIKE BUCKMAN, the trio uses hip hop loops and samples all created in the studio as the foundation for improvisation. Instruments played during the show are piano, flute, guitar, melodica, violin, vibraphone, synths, and of course, John on Hammond B3 organ.

So come on by for this FREE show. Doors open at 6pm, show time is 7pm.  Please bring something for the cooler or table.  Hope to see ya then.
