You will hear metal and hard rock of the late 70's to today. From Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin, to Motley Crue, Van Halen, Judas Preist and Iron Maiden. Even some new guys like Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Lacuna Coil, H.I.M. and Rammstein.   

If you want to say anything to us, were just a IM away, as you can get connected with the show via AIM and Yahoo, HGRNJ is our screen name. If you have something to say, if it isn't to stupid, we just might read it on the air, and if you got a complaint, well... we don't really care, but we will give you airtime anyway, just to point and laugh at you.

We aren't afraid to talk about the serious issues and make fun of the idiots in our world in the process. We will bring you your news, sports and weather, just in a little twist.
